IR 15-12B

The IR 15 Infrared Receivers are for use in wireless simultaneous interpretation systems in multipurpose halls, hotels, conference centres etc. By means of invisible infrared light up to 16 channels can be received in FM digital mixed sound quality. The IR 15 contains digital multiplex technique based on the latest generation of surface mounted chips.

The IR 15 easily fits into one hand and is easy to operate. The receivers deactivate automatically when no IR signal is received for periods longer than 20 seconds, e.g. when leaving the conference room or when the transmitter is switched OFF. This feature prevents battery decharging. In battery operation two 1,5 V long life lithium batteries gives an operating time
of up to 800 hours.
